Psychedelic Integration beyond the experience.
Psychedelic experiences can bring parts of ourselves into awareness that we may not have been able to see before - including new possibilities for how we experience ourselves and our lives.
Preparation and integration help you explore what comes up and bring those insights into everyday life.

PREPARATION & INTEGRATION
Your experience is only part of the process.
Many people come to Call To Life before attending a psychedelic retreat elsewhere or afterward, when they need support understanding and applying what came up.
The goal isn't simply to have an experience. It's to prepare for it, work with what arises, and bring what you learn back into your life.
PREPARATION → EXPERIENCE → INTEGRATION
01
BEFORE THE EXPERIENCE
Prepare for what may come up.
Psychedelic experiences can bring emotions, memories, and familiar patterns into greater awareness - sometimes in unexpected ways.
Preparation gives us time to begin exploring those patterns beforehand, so rather than trying to avoid or control what arises, you can meet the experience with greater awareness and emotional flexibility.
02
AFTER THE EXPERIENCE
Bring the experience into your life.
Insights can feel incredibly clear during a psychedelic experience. The challenge is learning how to carry them into the relationships, choices, and moments that make up everyday life.
Integration helps you make sense of what came up, recognize familiar responses as they return, and begin practicing what you discovered in real life.

THE APPROACH
An experience that can show us what we haven't been able to see.
Psychedelic experiences can bring parts of ourselves into awareness that previously felt inaccessible - pain we've learned to avoid, protective responses we've developed, or even experiences like self-compassion and self-worth that may be unfamiliar to us.
But simply having an insight doesn't necessarily change how we live.
The therapeutic work is learning how to listen to what comes up, understand what it may be showing us, and practice responding differently when those same patterns appear in everyday life.
The psychedelic experience isn't the work itself. It's one moment in a much larger process of awareness, choice, and participation in life.
MICRODOSING SUPPORT
An option within the work, not a separate approach.
When appropriate, microdosing may be incorporated alongside the therapeutic framework to deepen awareness of familiar patterns and support the practice of new responses.
Microdosing is not required, appropriate, or helpful for everyone, and it is never the focus of our work.
IN-PERSON RETREATS
A more immersive way to step away and go deeper.
Call To Life occasionally offers intimate, luxury in-person psychedelic retreats designed to provide dedicated time and space for a deeper experience.
Preparation begins before the retreat, helping you understand what you're bringing into the experience and prepare for what may arise. Afterward, integration helps bring what emerged back into everyday life.
Julian and Claire work together during select retreats, bringing complementary approaches to a shared, supportive environment.
Retreats are offered occasionally throughout the year.
